Course Description:

Essential principles of human anatomy and physiology are presented, including an overview of all the body systems to include the organization of the human body, homeostasis and regulation,skeletalsystem, muscularsystem, integumentary system, nonspecific defenses, immune response, immune system diseases, environmental problems and human health, circulatory system, blood, respiratory system, food and nutrients, digestive system, the endocrine system, the nervous system.

Prerequisite: Completion of Biology 1 with a grade of ‘C’ or higher.
